1. What Lean Six Sigma certifications do you offer?
Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt.
2. Are your courses accredited?
Yes—all programs are internationally recognized and industry compliant.
3. Are materials and exams included?
Absolutely—no hidden costs.
4. Can I study at my own pace?
Yes, you can work flexibly which is the intent of the self-paced online training and certification plan which can be adjusted at any time.
5. How do I earn my certification?
Complete the online modules, pass the exam, and complete the certification plan as prepared with the Master Black Belt at the start of the course.
7. How does assessment work?
Assessments are a mix of quizzes, certification plan weekly reviews, and for Master Black Belts, a final exam.
8. Can previous experience count towards certification?
Industry experience is helpful, but not necessary if you don’t have it. Every certification body requires each belt to start from the basics for all certifications. Only CSSB allows you to pick up from after your last certification through CSSB. For example everytime you take an ASQ certification, you will restart with the same topics as previous certification. If you are CSSB certified, then you will not re-do but step into the next CSSB certification.
9. Will I receive a physical certificate?
Yes, to the address you request. You get an official digital copy. Hard copies will be printed and mailed to the address you provide when you request it.

4. Are videos streamable and downloadable?
Courses stream smoothly. Videos are ingeneral not downloadable. The content is updated and we do not want previous versions being used as this would defeat the purpose of keeping everyone up to date! The materials on the website are available to you Lifetime. Please always go the portal to get the latest and greatest content.

Yes, we offer guidance to support your career ambitions. Every engagement is tailored for individual or organization needs. We have CEC certified career and executive coaches as well as certified personality assessment practitioners on staff.
3. Is personal mentorship available?
Yes, you can book one-on-one sessions for extra help. This can be included in your certification plan or contract as well. There is a certain amount of live hours included in every engagement, which can be used based on client needs and wants.
4. Can I network with peers?
Absolutely! Our community lets you connect with peers and experts. One of the benefits of LS Cube is engagement with the wider world of healthcare professionals. We can connect you based on your needs. This can also be included as a line item in the contract or certification plan.
5. Are courses live or self-paced?
All Lean Six Sigma courses are self-paced online via portal. For organizations, we may offer live sessions, in person or virtual based on contract agreement. Reach out if you have a request for public offering of live sessions.
6. Average completion time?
Most learners complete their training in 1–3 months, depending on the belt and certification plan.

Yes—you’ll have access to the materials even after you finish.

LS Cube offers lifetime support to all candidates and clients. Your teams receive follow-up content and services to sustain momentum that may or may not be included in the initial contract.
